Terms of Service

last updated June 2026

The service

SkyNet provides a real-time AI voice agent with on-demand vision, available hosted or self-hosted. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use SkyNet for unlawful calling, harassment, fraud, or to record or process anyone without the consent required by their jurisdiction. You are responsible for call-consent and disclosure laws that apply to you and your callers.

Your content

You own your agent configuration, transcripts, and call data. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Usage beyond plan limits may incur overage or require an upgrade.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Self-hosted deployments depend on your own infrastructure.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
